Description
At Bridge farm we take pride in producing award winning ciders from the finest traditional orchards across South Somerset and Dorset. We will only use traditional cider apples from local orchards, all within a tractor journey from the farm. Our ciders are crafted using traditional methods reflecting the heritage of traditional farmhouse ciders with a modern artisanal twist.

From bag in a box at Green Berry Walmer. Grey green colour. No head. Cheesy peanut butter flavour. Some sweetness. Touch of raspberry on finish. Its ok but needs more fruit.

From a bag in a box at the Stable, Bridport 20/04/10. Pale yellow in colour, and slightly hazy, with a touch of carbonation. Light, apple juice and blossom aroma with some honeyed sweetness.Easy drinking, with plenty of apple fruit character and a touch of the barnyard. Inclining towards sweetness in the finish, but pretty good.

Barrel at GBBF 2007. A hazy light golden cider with no head. The aroma is acidic apply - quite nice. The flavor is acidic apply with a dry finish.

At GBBF. Yellow with no head. Light apple aroma. Dry and a little tartness.

Pale green/gold, Apple, spicy alcohol aroma. Sweetish apple juice in mouth. 6-3-6-3-13 From a plastic barrel @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Hazy matt medium orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, horse blanket, barnyard, leather light smoke. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, apples, dry, light smoke - blue smoke, celery notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Bag in a box at Reading BF 06. Pale green/gold with slightly farty apple aroma. Sweetish apple juice in mouth. Reasonalby dry. Good cider.
