Bottle from Scrattings. Cloudy light amber with some white foam. Aroma of fruity apple flesh, light brown sugar, caramel, apple skins. Taste has a lovely fruity tart apple juice, caramelised sugars, semi-sweet with a modest drying finish. Light to medium bodied. Really tasty session cider.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Deep orangey amber colour, no head and aroma of apple, funk, chilli pepper hint. Taste is apple, fruity, barnyard funk, with drying tannin and burning chilli peppery heat. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannin and lingering hot chilli finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at home, picked up from the Cider Museum in Dorset years back, 01/04/24. A big fuck off red chilli resides in the bottle. Clear copper pour with no head. Nose is dusty orchard wood, herb, light spice but no discernible chilli, caramelised apples. Taste comprises apple skins, good chilli burst but not OTT - the nose was a little deceptive in this respect, red peppers, straw, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not terrible .. .good spiced kick, there's no point sitting on the fence with these gimmicks, but not OTT. Revisit ... obviously not!
