Description
At Bridge farm we take pride in producing award winning ciders from the finest traditional orchards across South Somerset and Dorset. We will only use traditional cider apples from local orchards, all within a tractor journey from the farm. Our ciders are crafted using traditional methods reflecting the heritage of traditional farmhouse ciders with a modern artisanal twist.

Bottle at the Watch House, West Bay, Dorset 5/7/2013. Pale green with moderate fizziness. Sweetish, dessert pears, with a touch of wood and fruity finish. Fine.

Bottle at the Watch House, West Bay, Dorset 5/7/2013. Clear gold with moderate fizz; the yeast stayed safely at the bottom of the bottle. Easy drinking cider, with some dryish fruit, a citrus edge and lingering, fruity finish. Enjoyable.

Bag in a box at Bree Louise with Sarah. Pours a cloudy pale yellow green with no head whatsoever. Aroma has light sweet pear with backing notes of hay and leaves. Flavor starts with a nice light pear with a bit of earthiness and leaves backing.

Box@Euston Tap, London. Hazy silvery yellow colour with no head. Aroma is pear, vanilla, mild yeast and some acidic notes. Flavour is mild metallicness with some pear, vinegar and mild vanillaish notes. Big vanilla and pear in finish.

Unclear matt light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy pear, tart pear, sour pear, pear skin, sharp, sulfur. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, swet pear. pear skin - peel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120811]

Cask@GBBF2011. Hazy yellow colour, no head. Aroma is apples, yeast, wood, herbs and some slight spicy and alcoholic notes. Flavour is apples, yeast, wood and some herbal notes. Mild toffeeish notes in the aftertaste as well.

Bottle from the Bristol Cider Shop. Clear yellow in colour with no carbonation. Crisp, slightly sweet apple juice aroma. Clean flavour with some some skin and core in amongst the juice and a medium finish. Good.
