Draught at Birrone Padova. Cloudy, gold amber colored. AROMA- meat with sauce, malt, apricot, mix of fruit. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, malty, lots of hops, apricot, orange. Fuller bodied.

Draught at Birrone Padova. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- clean, malty, noble hops. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, medium bitterness, malty, nutty, floral and spicy noble hops. Medium bodied.

Draught at Il Santo Bevitore, Venezia. Cloudy, dark red to black colored. AROMA- roasted malts, dark chocolate, cocoa cake, a bit earthy. FLAVOR- dry, lightly bitter, roasted, earthy, roasty sourness, chocolate, a bit burnt. Light to medium bodied.

Tap in Valdagno. Clear deep golden color smooth fine head. Flavor is very pubgent worh sharp grass and hops, roots, intense strong bitterness. Taste somewhat earthy, sticky, quite harsh. Not an Easy one long bitter finish with vegetable notes, numbing.
