Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours deep red, with thin fine pink foam. Aroma is of cherries and grape must, raspberries too. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is a nice mix of the sweet coming from the apples and the cherries with a good amount of sour due to the red wine and the cherries again, probably. Final leaves you with some nice salivation.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours reddish gold, transparent, with moderate fine white foam. Aroma is herbaceous, honey, yeasty, a little toffee. Body is slightly dense, with moderate carbonation. Taste is pretty sweet, moderated by some bitterness and a yeasty feeling. Final is alcoholic and yeasty, sweetish.

Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is particular, feeling close to a juice with sweetness but also with an acidic tone. Final is dry.
