Bottle from the brewey. Clear brown color, some sediment, yellowish-beige bubbly head. Flavor lighty smoked, roasted, earthy, old wood, chestnut. Taste quite undefined, light syrupy, spicy, zesty. Oily texture, soft carbonation. Finish earthy, short, a bit warming.

75 cl bottle from the brewer. Pours hazy bright yellow color with a fine white head, lacing, lasting. Smells perfumed, fruity. Flavor is super fruity, intense yet not boring fresh apple juice notes over all, estery yeast, dough/wheat (but no wheat in the recipe), followed by bready malt and light floral notes. Taste is definitely sweet, candy, moderately citrusy to keep up the drinkability, no bitterness other than a vague lavender note. Interesting mouthfeel with lots of contrasts, still strong on the juice side. Intended to go along seasonal pastry. Have none right now but i guess it fits.
