50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours medium opaque, kind of unattractive blonde, with fine white foam. Aroma is moderate of cereal. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is fairly bitter for a lager, and medium-high sweet. Final is kind of weak.

19 September 2020. At Umami, Santa Maria degli Angeli. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear golden, stable, thin, white head; lots of lacing. Aroma of yeast, breadcrust, smoke (sausage), bacon, stewed apple, cellar. Taste has pure bready maltiness, apple, pear, wheat, bit grainy bitter but quite yeasty. Dry, grainy, grassy hoppy finish, retronasal bread & old fruit returning. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Good effort, feels almost German.

Aroma of peanut, biscuit, brioche, green tea, raisin, plum, toffee, rainwater. Taste has sweet maltiness of raisin, plum & apricot, soft caramel & brioche, a bit nutty & herbal. Malty, slightly herbal hoppy finish, subtle dried fruit. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Not extraordinary.

50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours classic gold, transparent, with medium grained white foam, limited in size. Aroma is floral and bready. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, well balanced. Final maybe has a little too much cereal sweet.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours transparent amber, with very fine white foam, moderate. Aroma is hoppy, a little piney/resinous. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium-bitter, although it's not too aggressive. Final is average.
