Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, hay, fruity, light to moderate yeasty, UK yeast and hops. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110804]

Cask@GBBF2011. Deep golden colour, mediumsized fluffy beige head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some mild herbal and grassy notes. Flavour is wood, some slight tart notes, mild berries and some sweet malts. Yet quite pleasant to drink.

Cask @ GBBF 2008. Pours a dark brown almost black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma. Roasted malty bitter chocolate and coffee flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate and coffee finish with a bitter aftertaste.
