750 ml bottle. Clear pale straw golden body with fast disappearing white head. Weak aroma, mostly acidic apple and some sulfur. Flavor is weak and unbalanced, acidity, yeast and sulfur. Thin body and short, not particular nice aftertaste. It might be something wrong with this bottle compared with previously ratings here.

750 ml bottle. Clear pale golden body with much carbonation and a small white head. Quite mild in aroma, apples, yeast, some oxidation and sulfur. Flavor is sweet apples and fruity acidic, apple cores, yeast and sulfur. Medium body and medium aftertaste. Drinkable, but feels a bit weak on the apple flavor (might be the two year age) and too unbalanced with too much sulfur for my likings.

Biottle, 75cl, vintage 2011. Bottle, 75cl, 7.5% ABV. It’s a clear, pale golden cider, some white bubbles on top. Lightly acidic apple aroma with some faintly spiced hints. Apples and some sweetness in the flavor, almost candy-ish, but it’s far from cloying or tasting of white sugar. Full body, semi-dry, and with some carbonation. Lasting finish which is a bit sweet. 750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2011, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 7.5%. Very pale straw colour, pours medium sparkling with a white head that soon subsides. Aroma of Gravenstein apples (once Norway’s most beloved eating apple variety), also notes of farmhouse and sulphur. The flavour is medium sweet with some rough sulphurous notes, and a surprisingly bitter finish.

750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2011, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 7.5%. Very pale straw colour, pours fizzy with a white head that actually lasts a while. Aroma of apples and farmhouse, some sulphites, a hint of ammonium. The flavour is medium sweet and fairly nice, notes of sweet eating apples and sour cider apples.
