Cask at Watford beer festival 2022. A mostly clear yellow gold coloured pour with no head. Aroma is semi sweet, juicy prune, apple, quince, plastic. Tart apple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, tart quince, green apple, granny Smith. Palate is semi sweet and tangy, mellow carbonation. Quite interesting.

Cask at Watford beer festival 2022. A mostly clear golden coloured pour with a dusappating white head. Aroma is big funky apple, sweaty, rubber, green apple, light funk. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, mealy apple, light cinnamon, bark, wood, white sugars, light tang, palate is semi sweet, light tang, white sugars, mealy. Ok.

3/12/2021. BIAB sample courtesy of SHIG. Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of sweet stewed apple, sugary apple pie. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, oily texture, low carbonation.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Pale gold colour, no head and aroma of solventy funk, pear. Taste is sweetish, pear, floral, sour, with tart vinegary funk. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sour finish. OK.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruity, funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, some core, fruity, tart, sugary with vanilla hints. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite OK

BIAB at Norwich Beer Fest: Poured an off colored clear with bubble. Aroma pears, sharp on the nose, honey. Taste is sharp bitterness, pears, tannins, tangy.

BIAB: Poured a golden with bubble head. Aroma is musty mushy apples, tannins. Taste is semi-sweet apples, some sharpness, light leathery.

BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo, thanks Graham! Bright reddish pink colourshort-lived bubbly white head and aroma of strawberries, apple notes. Taste is sweet, strawberry flavours, lifesavers, citric with some slight tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet flavoured finish. OK.
