BIAB sample courtesy of grumbo, cheers Graham! Pink colour, short-lived white bubbly head and aroma of apple, cherry, lollies. Taste is very sweet, apple, light cherry, some tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish. Quite OK

BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, caramel. Taste is sweet, apple, juicy with light tartness and mellow acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

8/10/2021. From BIAB at the 43rd Bedford Beer and Cider Festival. Pours clear pink with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet cherry pie, cherry menthol, cough drop. Medium to heavy sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, soft to flat carbonation. Not bad.

Cask at the watford beer festival 2019. A pale petrol yellow coloured pour with a fading loose white head. Aroma is nice fresh sweet apple, rubber, jelly babies, dusting of white sugars. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, light tang, lemon, apple. Jelly sweets,. Palate is semi sweet and tangy, low carbonation. Good.

Cask at the St Albans Beer festival 2019. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a a loose halo of white head. Aroma is dry, woody, plastic hockey puck, pithy apple, bark. Flavour is composed of crisp, tangy, pithy apple, mealy, gtainy. Palate is light tang, wood, moderate carbonation, pithy finish.

24/10/2018. Bag in box at the 41st Norwich Beer Festival. Pours very pale yellow gold with minimal head. Aroma of dry apples, citrus, hint of berries and vinegar. Light sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average to soft carbonation. Very dry finish.
