Tap at Lumiere. Dark brown color tan head. Quiet nose. Flavor of toasted malts maybe oats, some burnt notes charcoal and chocolate. A vague fruity sugar note otherwise relatively grassy. Light body, silky texture, a bit of stickiness/oil, soft carbonation, mild bitterness. Finish is clean, fairly savory.

Tap at Lumière. Copper color clear thick offwhite head. Malty flavor of amber lager with a relatively strong herbal hops. Kind of yeasty and raw feel, a sensible alcohol note. Dry finish fairly clean. P

33 cl bottle from Lumiere, nice design. Pale golden color, almost clear, with a bubbly white head, moderate lacing, frizzy. Smells citrusy, floral. Flavor is citrusy, floral, fruity notes (peach, pear, tangerine) makes it quite refreshing, light herbal notes to provide a moderate bitterness. Malts part is thin coming on later with white bread notes, probably mostly replaced by rice, which seems to lead to a sake-ish flavor and body. Light body, flowery finish with the characteristic pale-ale aftertaste. Nice and easy, fruity, perfumed.

Bottle from Lumiere. Yellow color, clear, big sticky solid white head. Aroma of simple pilsener malts with a fruity tone of tangerine, intense grass notes, herbal, mild bitterness, light sour, and light to medium body, soft carbonation, smooth finish.

Bottle at Lumiere. Amber to red color big offwhite head. Flavor is malty, toffee, caramel, dried fruits, raisins, nuts. Some citrus in the aftertaste, traces of yeast and starch, oily texture, thick body. Finish relatively bitter, complex taste, a bit sticky, juicy, generally heavy.

Tap at Lumiere. pale color, almost clear, big white head persistent lacing. Flavor of citrusy hops, grapefruit, bergamot, pale malts and white bread. Taste balanced, smooth bitter. Rather thick texture but easy ro drink, rich finish, smooth, tasty.
