Bottle courtesy of GT2, thanks! Murky pale yellow color, thin white head. Aroma of citrus and sour banana. Taste is a bit medicinal with tons of spice and black pepper. OK.

12oz shorty bottle. Hazy orange-tan. Thin, oily head. Wow. This is quite nice. Lemons, clove, caramel. Pungent yeast tones. Has a tart thing going on, before finishing with luscious malt tones. They really nail it, I’d love to have this fresh at the brewery. Spicy noble hops up front, a little boozy. Not perfect, but still, I would love to see more beers like this.

12oz bottle. Murky reddish-tan. Thin head that fades out into a tiny oily trace after a few minutes. The honey sort of rounds out the sweet banana aroma, pretty mild. There is some noticeable alcohol, I’d guess 8%+. More honey notes than anything, has some mead characteristics. An interesting concept beer maybe, but has too much sugary sweetness going on, not enough balance. An interesting beer to try, but sort of a mess.

Light orange color. Mild hop and aroma and flavor, making this a very drinkable ipa, if not especially flavorful or aromatic.

Bottle thanks to SS. Pours with a deep bronze to copper body with a small tan head. Aroma is very malty, brown sugar, caramel, slightly perfumey, citrus and floral hops. Alcohol, brown sugar and bread. Flavors are raisins, rubber, malt, caramel, train wreck of a hoppy beer. Very light citrus. Might do better as an barley wine, but still not all that enjoyable. Medium bubbles, dry. Cereal, metal. Blah.

12 oz. bottle, pours dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma is a little medicinal, quite syrupy, with cloying caramel and light hops. Flavour is of cough syrup, amaretto, caramel malts and barely any hops. Quite medicinal and offensive, really.

12oz bottle. Slightly hazy yellow-tan. Thin, soapy head. Mild aroma, some fresh lemon and doughy malt. A pretty nice Pilsner, somewhat yeasty medium body. Solid noble hops really capture the essence of the style. Not quite World Class, but a well executed offering.

12oz shorty bottle. Deep amber-red color, steady off-white/beige head. Thick, aromatic aroma, resiny hoppiness. Sort of underwhelming in the hop department, this comes off more like a Barleywine than a IIPA. A quality mouthfeel, interesting touches of caramel, cinnamon, pine. Overall just too conservative with the hops. Still a quality effort, enjoyable enough.

Received in trade from tedpeer, thanks for the opportunity. Pours a solid black with a thin mocha head that dissipates quickly. Smells of roast, chocolate, and licorice. Taste is quite roasty, some bitterness in the middle and a lingering coffee roast in the finish. Smooth creamy mouthfeel. Medium body. Ample carbonation. This is a great little stout. Simple for what it is, but highly sessionable. I enjoyed this one immensely. On a side note, the bottle claims that this is a lager, I wonder if that is true.
