Hopfig-leichter Antrunk, leicht herb werdend, süßlich. Im Mittelteil gleich frisch, hopfig-getreidig und eher mild. Leicht grasiger Abgang, noch wenig hopfig, sehr süffig. Angenehmes und typisch mildes Sommerbier. Test vom 13.8.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 11,9,9,8,-,9 - 9,05

Tap. Brown sugar malt aroma. Medium brown with moderate head. Molasses and chocolate malt flavor. Decent body. Nice beer.

Tap. Banana, clove, and wheat malt aroma. Hazy yellow-amber color with moderate head. Heavy clove, banana, and wheat malt flavor. Nice body. Very nice - heavy on the cloves.

Cloudy blond color. It’s an unoffensive Weisse, with a light spicy touch and a touch of lemon and banana; the flavor is more pleasant than the aroma. Low bitterness. It’s the most interesting of their beers.

Beautiful amber color. It has some caramel aroma, unfortunately also some sourness. And the flavor confirms that an infection or fermentation problem has spoiled this beer, leaving a very light caramel flavor and extremely weak mouthfeel; this one too is not really bitter. They should not sell it in these conditions.

Deep blond color. It has a cerals aroma. The mouthfeel is quite dry, with just some light malt and cereals flavor, and quite low bitterness, not to count that the hop doesn’t bring qualitative character. Too simple.

Süffig herb-getreidiger Antrunk wobei die Getreidigkeit die vorherrschende Stellung einnimmt und auch im weiteren Verlauf im Vordergrund steht. Dazu süßlich, zwischendurch dringt aber immer wieder eine herbe Note hervor und verdrängt die Süße kurzzeitig. Im Mittelteil weiter frisch Getreidig, im Abgang ist die Note schwächer aber trotzdem deutlich präsent. Herbe und Süße sind hier bereits verschwunden. Gelungen. (bottle, purchased at the brewpub) Cloudy, orange colour with a big but non-persistent, slightly off-white frothy head. Sweet and yeasty, slightly wheaty nose with a fruity touch of ripe citrus-fruits and notes of cloves and vanilla. Medium-sweet and slightly bitter-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively, slightly sharp and not perfectly matured carbonation. Wheaty and slightly fruity and yeasty taste; dry-ish, sweet and bitter-tart finish. Mediocre (26.02.08).

(draught at the brewpub) Hazy, golden colour with a small blond foamy head. Sweet “greenish” worty nose with shy herbal and slightly grassy notes. Sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied with a fizzy carbonation. Unripe pale malt character with light herbal notes; slim and short worty and slightly hoppy finish. The beer lacks character and maturation (08.02.08).

Muffig-süßer Start, etwas malzig, darüber aber stärker herb. Milder und langweiliger Mittelteil, das Bier wird malziger, die Herbe verschwindet weitestgehend. Im Nachgeschmack weiter milder, herb, etwas muffig. Test vom 5.1.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 9,8,7,7,-,7 - 7,36
