355mL bottle, pours golden with a small head. Aroma of pale, cereal malts, a floral quality and crisp hops. Flavour is nice and crisp, like a pilsner should be - pretty standard, but solid.

Sampled at GCBF '10, pours hazy golden. Aroma of hops and too much malt to balance. This comes through in the flavour that is caramel malt dominated, with light hops in the backbone.

Bottle from Brewery Creek
To start with, the top of the neck breaks while I’m removing the cap; it pours a dark amber and red color, with medium sized creamy head. The aroma is creamy, or buttery if you prefer, with light cookies. Correct body strength, sweetish caramel, strong bitterness (and long final), but still buttery. It gets better after some time let breathing in the glass. I don’t mind buttery flavor, so I’m not put off, but the beer is nothing exceptional.
