Cask at the Jolly Judge. Pours hazy pale yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of pear, light funk. Taste is more pear, light sweet. Chalky finish.

Deep golden color with a bubbly head. Apple and some oak in both aroma and flavour. Pleasant balanced sweetness and acidity. Not to dry texture. Quite flat carbonation. Tasty nice cider.

BIB at Fyne Fest’, Achadunan, Cairndow, Argyll and Bute, Scotland, Friday and Saturday 12th & 13th June 2015 Really pleasant perry, lots of fresh, tart, zippy and zappy curly pear flavours that give the tastebuds a jolly good workout. Quite nice to have this in and amongst the beers, keeps the tastebuds on their toes. A6 A3 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4
