Sampled on draft at the Chadds Ford location this beer poured a golden color with a medium sized foamy off-white head that left good lacing. The aroma was perfume, Windex and a bit of lemon. The flavor was bitter and tart with crisp lemon, perfume and Windex. Long finish. Medium body. Meh.

Murky, rather muddled amber-mahogany pour shows an initial beige head that slowly fades to nothing.
Heavy cherry pulp mixes with raisin, caramel and light acetic character. Vanilla, almond liqueur and moderate alcohol are all notable. Peppery and such on the finish, but it’s really just mostly cherry-like notes from the alcohol, esters and fruit.
Sweet as all get-out in the mouth, with a very "thick" texture that is somewhat loosened by the alcohol. Toffee and caramel are slapped very unceremoniously against vinegar and cherry flavors and there’s a strong tannin and black pepper character that further fatigues the palate. Should be named Palate Fatigue Series - What Supp??
Kinda surprised at the forceful, complete lack of elegance here. Not what I’d expect from McKenzie.

750ML Bottle. Thanks AFH for sharing. I’m getting the end of the bottle, it’s a lot of cloudy dregs, reddish pink, murky. Smells tart, sour, oaky, vinegar is light with a faint bit of fruit. Ah, nice taste it has that american vinegar taste, cherries, orange peel. unique, i like the maltiness of this oh , yeah it’s 11% okay so that makes sense. Really pretty impressive.

750 ml bottle from a trade with Kerry W. Much thanks. Dirty dirty, filthy brown color, no head. aroma is intensely sour cherries, oak and hints of vinegar.

A touch too much vinegar for my liking. But the cherry is nice. Oaky.
