The appearance was a light amber color with an eggshell white light foamy head that slid off pretty quick. Not much lace.
The aroma had some faint cracker-like to bready malts. Some grassy hops, and some earthy to semi-citrusy tones in the background.
The flavor leaned into the breadiness and cued up some of the hops to showcase some bitterness which blended into the aftertaste and on into the finish.
The palate was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Bitterness wasn’t too harsh, but enough to play with the carbonation fairly nice. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, odd Irish ale, seemed more like an American red to me.

The appearance was a semi-clear copper color with a film of a little off white foamy head. Barely any lace.
The aroma was moderately sweet with some bread, light chocolate, some caramel, light toast, some dark fruits.
The flavor was moderately sweet through the prior mentioned aromas pulling a decent bready/malty aftertaste rolling into the finish fairly nice.
The palate was guided fairly nice by the bready malts to have a nice grip on a medium body. Good sipper with what seemed to appropriately project the ABV by which the brewer said. Low carbonation and a good smoothness.
Overall, pretty nice doppelbock I’d have again.

The appearance was a light brown color with a bar pour’s kind of slim off white semi-foamy head that dissipated at a moderate pace. Trim lace.
The aroma had some caramel/toffee malts, light nuts, some bready/yeastiness.
The flavor moderately leaned towards the sweet side through the prior mentioned aromas. Bready sweet aftertaste with the same sort of finish.
The palate was somewhat close to medium bodied, perhaps a tad under with a decent sessionability about it. Decent carbonation. ABV felt fine.
Overall, decent easy drinking amber lager worthy of having again preferably with food.

The aroma had some light milk chocolate, strong nuts - somewhat roasty with some sweetness. Some breadiness.
The flavor was moderately sweet with a delicate roast underneath. Some nuttiness in the aftertaste and finish.
The feel was between light and medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good smoothness. Some carbonation.
Overall, pretty good brown ale worthy of having again.
