Stockport Beer Festival 2023. Extremely dark reddish-brown in colour. It's also an extremely palatable stout, with a lovely smoothness helping this along and a light but fine enough roasted character, which is most stated in its aftertaste.

Cask @ King's Head, Llandudno. Golden-amber with a head. Slightly more a bitter than a pale in my opinion, there's a small sweetness in its aftertaste to offset its initial bitterness. Malts evident in both aroma and taste.
