Cask (gravity) @ Ølfestival Valby - CBF09, Copenhagen, Denmark.Light unclear medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is metalic - galvanized. [20090515]

Cask@GBBF2009. Deep amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruits, flowers, grass and some herbal/spicy notes. Flavour is fruits, floral hops as well as some wooden and nectary notes.

Cask@GBBF, 2009. Cloudy bronze and lightly brown beer. The aroma is lightly malty, and lightly hopped. The flavour is rich and deeply hopped with a sweetish finish. Overall a nice beer.

Draught at BQ, Milan. Black, minimal head. Tart coffee up front. Sweetish with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lightly grassy with some licorice. Fairly low bitterness.
