12oz bottle pours with a mahogany colored body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up an inviting level of basic medium roast coffee as well as a thin earthy coffee note and chocolate malts. The taste delivers a nice coffee flavor with thin molasses and malt sweetness around the edges. This is pretty nice.

Pint at the North Rim Restaurant. Pours black, with a medium, frothy, brown head. The aroma is coffee, light tobacco, earth, dark cherries, toasted oak. Sweet and roasted, with a light bitterness. Medium body, with a syrupy, mildly astringent mouthfeel. This is a pretty nice, simple and clean stout.

On tap at Bill's Pizza, Prescott. A pale amber pour with a thin white head; aroma of pine and citrus; smooth and resinous in the mouth; a nice full-bodied west coast IPA.
