Draft - Creamy, cinnamon, nuts and a sweet citrus finish. Cloudy yellow with a creamy head. Wheat, nuts, cream, citrus acidity and bitterness. Unbelievable, pulled it off and it is exactly what it says it is.

Poured up at Flanny’s Arizona on Tap Festival with a sort of pink gold body that has copper hues and supports a tall off white head of foam. The aroma offers up sugary peach extract that is smelling pure peachiness. The taste is smooth rich vibrant peach that’s backed up by some sweet malts. Smooth balanced rich and soft. No way, 12%ABV. This tastes like 5%. This is one of the most dangerously drinkable beers I’ve ever come across. Wow. Rich, tasty, easy drinking, refreshing and it comes across as sessionable too. Wow! This is nuts.

A hazed blonde weizen with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, smooth fruity malt with vanilla notes, grassy, like horchata. In mouth, horchata in a beer, you want to serve it with a laddle from a jar, vanilla notes, grassy hops, well done.

Growler pours with a mahogany colored body that supports a tan colored head of foam. The aroma offers up dark roasted malts, cream soda notes and a bit of burnt malts. The taste starts with some dark roasted malts moving into a sweet cream soda sensation and then ending with smooth subtle mint notes. Pretty nice but nowhere near as tasty as the version from Stone.

12oz bottle (called Peaceful Pumpkin) pours clear copper with a thin off white head of foam. The aroma is all pumpkin beer with an even mix of cinnamon to nutmeg and then more pumpkin notes. The taste is similar where the spicy cinnamon and nutmeg like notes are kept in check and don’t over shadow the pumpkin like notes. It ends pleasingly soft. This is nice stuff.

Can 12fl.oz.Unclear medium to light orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, orange, passion fruit, spicy, coriander, alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, candy yeast, pineapple, fruity, passion fruit, alcohol, peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20120915]

Tap at Tasting Arizona in Sedona. Pours amber with slightly sweet nose. Tastes of toffee, orange, coriander, white pepper, and wheat. Surprisingly strong with little boozing warmth on finish

Bottle @ Really late Summer Tasting Ulfborg, 2012. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Spice hell, alcohol and fruit. Some wheat but overall sweet alcohol and coriander. Medium bodied.
