A blonde ale with a thin white head. A nice caramel malt with yeasty notes, orange peels, creamy. In mouth, a nice herbal malt with coriander, curacao. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel. On tap at Brouhaha, March 28 2009.

An amber ale with almost no head. A maple/molasses aroma, very pleasant. In mouth, a very roasted nutty ale, bit of Curacao, and warming alcohol. Rich and smooth. A well done Belgian ale. Festival Bières et Saveurs, August 29 2008. 7-3-8-4-14

A dark clear brown ale with a thin off white head. A nice caramel and prune aroma, alcohol. In mouth, licorice and candy sugar, light prunes. Good and rich abt. Tasted at Mondiale 2008, June 1 2008.

A hazy orange-amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with light smoky notes. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw and barnyard.

(Bottle 34,1 cl) Slightly hazy amber with a delicately creamy, off-white head leaving some very handsome laces. Aroma of caramel and aroma hops. Light, fresh and rather dry body with some accents of caramel. Quite pleasant and very drinkable. Thanks Siroy. 120206

Deep reddish brown ale with a thick light moka head. A bit of cinnamon hearts in aroma, and some ginger. More notable in mouth, very nice sweet malt with cinnamon and ginger in evidence, like that gingerman bread on the label. Medium bodied. A bit short though.

Lightly hazed coloured ale with a thick light moka head, very resilient. Malty aroma, very grassy and herbal hops. Good crisp malt base, with light hops, and piney notes. Very restrained and British creature. Medium bodied. Pleasant.
