Bottle shared during the RBESG 2014 London Grand Tasting - Moncada Brewery. Pours clear amber. Outrageously sweet, even for a mead, but I still dig it. Lots of jammy berries, some strawberry cream. Full bodied, soft, chewy. Sticky and lightly warming to conclude, with rich and syrupy honey, more ripe fruits. Heavy duty.

Bottle drank during RBESG; clear chestnut brown pour tiny beige head, very sweet, very jammy, sort of tip top fake fruit, a hint of honey. Must keep my mead ratings down.

Bottled. Amber colour, no head. Aroma is honey, some wood, resin and mild aniselike notes. Flavour is honey, mild spices, some mild sugary notes along with some slight medicinelike notes (not in a bad way). Balanced and quite nice.
