Was a bit hammered when I had this, so notes arent exceptional. Lots of coriander in nose. Sweet coriander mouth. Roasted malty finish.

A black ale, something like a Scottish black, with coriander and a bit of cinnamon as well as some wheat. Pitch black with a tall, fine, frothy head that quickly went to a nice lace. Aroma of coriander, creamy roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. Well burnt, with a slight bit of sweetness. Creamy, with chocolate malt, coriander, hops, and a touch of sour fruit. Great balance. Roasted, sweet and sour finish. Excellent and extremely original and interesting.

This is just a triple hopped version of the IPA (see comments). Same deal, but more backbone, through in some tangerines and cotton candy and you get better results than a single hopped IPA.

Fairly straight foward dark amber IPA. Grapefruit upfront, caramel in the support role, though it gives fairly weak support. IPA for begginners.

Pitch black color, big cacao, espresso notes in the nose. Thin mouth (a theme going on here with this brewery). Earthy, espresso, mocha, cacao all play together on the palate. Great depth. A bit sour and balance isn’t there. Very nice lingering bitterness.

Clear brown color, excellent nutty caramel nose, with a touch of grapefruit. Very big hazelnut, milk chocolate, butterscotch mouth. A bit thin, but nice flavor.

Thick white head. Clovely banana nose, but lacks body. Despite this, the rest is well done so it just ends up making it dangerously drinkable, but too light for the style.

Deep golden color, frothy white head. Grapefruit nose with a touch of toastiness. Bitter start to the mouth. Very smooth, excellent malt backbone. Assertive bitter finish. Excellent and destroys the Pilsners side by side.

A malty brew that doesn’t even managed to have a well supported backbone and lacks hops. Goes nowhere quick. Above is 2008 rating. Now in 2014 it is much more improved. Decent backbone, sufficient hops, fairly well integrated beer with some nice toasty malt notes. Really enjoyable.
