On tap @ Golosaria 2015, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata ed elegante. La persistenza olfattiva discreta. La schiuma è di bollicine fini con abbondante carbonazione. La consistenza del liquido è opalescente. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è strutturato pesante. L’amaro è moderato. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è pulito. Il retrogusto è intenso.

Bottiglia @ Simei 2015, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è conforme alla media e la persistenza olfattiva è sensata. La schiuma è costituita da bollicine fini. Un liquido opalescente ha colore giallo torbido. Il corpo è pieno. Alla lingua arriva un dolce medio, un amaro moderato, un acido leggero ed una traccia di umami. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è felpato, secco e pulito.

Pale orange, hazy body, with a medium, frothy, white head.
Aroma of spices, banana, dried fruits, some barnyard, vanilla.
Tastes of spices, wheat, banana, orange, some vanilla.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes spicy, wheaty, yeasty, fruity.
Good. Nothing special overall, a typical Wit, but easy and refreshing. Enjoyed the nose more than the taste though.

BB 06/2016. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells citric, soapy, light sweat, spices, coriander, light peach. light to medium body, rather bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, acidic, lightly sour, spices, coriander, very light sweetness, grass. finishes with citric notes, light sourness and light herbs. didnt like the smell too much, but I the taste is quite nice. Overall good beer. Would drink again.

Bottle. Hazy yellow colour. Aroma sourish, flowery, rather light spices. Taste pretty characteristical, coriander, citrusy, only light light sourness, phenolic yeast character. Easily drinkable. Slightly too yeasty for me but otherwise okay.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks Yoav. Hazy pale yellow. Aroma of cardboard, some fruitiness, yeast, spiciness. Sweetish and slightly tart flavor with fruitiness, yeast, spiciness, and a bitterish hops finish. Medium-bodied.

At the 8th tasting (round 1), held at Vlada Beerville pub in Belgrade-Serbia. Pours cloudy hay yellowish color, some white foam. Nose: rotten lemons, bad! Mouth: confusing flaws on the citric side. Awful.

Bouteille 75cl partagée avec Pierre. BB 06/2015. De couleur orangée sur un léger trouble, col modéré blanc-cassé. Arôme est malté aux notes pâle et caramel, point de grillé, je note aussi un léger parfum houblonné noble apportant une pointe de fleuri et fruité citronné. Palais montre une influence belge. Malts assez caractéristiques tirant sur un agréable grillé et caramel et pils. Note de sucre brun qui ajoute une certaine douceur en fin de bouche. Une note persistante de fruité noir et sec rappelant la date est également présente. Amertume est en retrait et porte les traces d’un houblonnage noble.
