Draft pour pint at Special Brews. Not sure if this is still a collab or not, showing as just OSB here. Usually chasing their west coast IPAs, this was a solid hazy though. Glowing juicy orange pour. Slick taste, biscuit grains, bitter orange hops. Very easy drinking imperial. Pretty good.

22 oz bottle, enjoyed probably 10 years after I tried this incredible brew for the first time. Quite sure the bottle wasn't waxed the first time or two around, but it was definitely just as good. Love an imperial stout with no barrel or adjuncts needed. Dense midnight pour with a dense espresso brown foam head. Rocky and long lasting. Burnt toast, espresso roast, cocoa on the aroma. Thick bodied, caramel, coffee, a little char. Creamy, bold, layered. Plain imperial stout can be an absolute stand out of a style. This is incredible. Usually rave about OSBs hops, but it doesn't get much better than this.

16 oz. can, pours a lightly hazed blonde with a fluffy, medium white head. Aroma is very fresh, with tons of doughy malt and soft floral and piney hops. Flavour is super fresh, with bright doughy malt, light dankness, gentle floral notes, and a touch of pine. The hops are vibrant without being too assertive or pronounced in any particular characteristic. The balance and body are fantastic. APAs don't get much better.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Hop and Hound. Beautifully unfiltered cloudy golden pour. Dense foam head and lacing. So, this is awesome. Grassy and citrus nose, equally parted, with a slightly rich biscuit grain. Really smooth body with a mild to moderate bitterness that creeps in late. Balanced flavor with that rounded fresh grassy citrus hop profile and gentle bready, biscuit malt. This drinks so nice. I sure would love to try the regular and fresh hop version side by side. Maybe they express the hops perfectly, because according to my notes, the regular is good, but the fresh hop version is beyond fantastic.

Draft 13 oz pour enjoyed at Route 2, Monroe. Quickly becoming a brewery that I actively seek out new releases and make it a point to give them a try. Wonderfully unfiltered cloudy and bright golden pour. Full finger of loose foam head. Somewhat dark hop nose with cool pine and fresh citrus. Cool melon, mildly bitter pine, fresh cut grassy hops, impressionable grain to balance. Like berko said, we've grown to expect nothing less from OSB. Love this one and I will raise you a couple.

16 oz. can, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, light melon, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has a nice piney hop character, melon, light citrus, and crisp biscuity malt. Piney and crisp. Not their most expressive WC. It's very good.

Fairly dull pale, no head. Herbaceous and slightly citrusy hop, mild pale malt…just enough. Decent pale ale.

Can at Laďa's humanitarian PNW tasting for Ukraine. Pitch black body, off-white head. Roasty, nutty aroma, light alcohol and dark caramel. Slightly tart chocolatey taste, bit caramelly, dry, lightly roasty, herbal even. Ends bitter. It's tasty, but wasn't a fan of the body to be fair.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Special Brews. Dark cola brown pour, decent amount of lasting espresso brown head. Vanilla really jumps out here. Vanilla chocolate dessert aroma. Darker chocolate. Not too sweet. Has a bitter note that pairs well with the subtle vanilla and cream sweetness. Toasty finish, some coffee / mocha is a bog flavor, and keeps the palate full. Imperial and balanced. Very well done stout here.
