Bottle 750ml. clear glass.Clear light yellow colour with no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, nectar, flowers. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, flowers, nectar, honey, apple - pear ! Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light to light moderate alcoholic. [20120501]

Bottled. Pale yellow colour, no head. Pale colour no head. Honey, some sweet notes. Flavour much the same with quite much sweet notes. Very pleasant.

Bottle at Chriso’s Easter tasting 2012. It pours very pale yellow. The nose is honey, pear, melon and nectarine. The taste is pear, red apple, white grape, melon, honey and nougat. Medium body and slight syrupy mouth-feel. Smooth, light and not too sweet. Nice.
