Medium dense white head over near clear pale golden beer. Honey, sweet malts, breakfast cereals, fine garden herb aromas. Malty, not too sweet, quite grassy and Herb . Again some honey, lots of wild or fine garden herbs. Faintly oxidzed malts. Very light body, airy, low on carbonation. Nice, delicate flowery lager.

Thanks to kevnic2008 for that one. Bottle looks very complex, not easy to find out the right name of the beer. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts modest sourish, malty, more and more spicy. Some mild woody notes. Finish more balanced, less sourish. Okay.

The Last Tasting at Bruce’s palatial pad. Thanks to Bruce. Cloudy pale gold beer with a small white head. Palate is light and crisp and dry. Sourish and somewhat raw tasting pale malt. Whisper of insipid floral orange - lemon. Light dry finish. Swiss beers continue to be far more misses than hits. Very much meh!

Bottle at Bruces pad, 19/09/13, cheers to the host. Hazed yellow to pale golden in appearance with a thin white covering. Nose is tarte fruits, light acidic notes, lemon, grass. Taste is a little soapy, citrus fruit, grass, orange pith. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish with bitter notes. Average stuff, a little too soaped up.

Bottle at Bruce’s - London. Ones with a loud pop but no gush. Pours lightly hazy yellow with loose sediment and a slight, white cream head. Nose has some tangy lemon, white bread. Light sweet flavor, some cereal, faint bretty tang. Light bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Light sweet finish, faint straw, dry white bread. Fine.

330 ml swingtop bottle. Organic. My first beer with a label in Romansch (Switzerland’s fourth official language) - cool. Very pale straw coloured, slightly hazy. Huge and lasting white head. Yeasty and sweetish aroma, grassy and herbal notes. Grassy, herbal and yeasty notes in the rather sweet flavour too. Some bitterness in the finish.

Appearance: Flip-top bottle. Yellow golden. Enormous amounts of head, creamy when it settled and long-lasting. Fizzy, slightly hazy. Aroma: Lemon, hops, some fruit. Slight yeast? Taste: More hops and almost-off fruit. Just alright. Info: 330ml bottle, 17/1-2013, BB: 29/11-2012
