12oz can. Hop forward enough that it really isn't a Kolsch. More of an IPL. Not impressive either way. Some faint off undercurrents. Zesty and bright, a little bit soapy. Drinkable, but sort of missing the mark. At least they didn't call it a Session IPA.

Keg at Bazil's, 7.20.19. Clear amber thin creamy white head good retention. Aroma of doughy pale malt, citrus hops. Taste is citrus, tropical fruit, white bread. Medium bodied, low bitterness, juicy, kinda muddled. Meh.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Oak Creek, 7/2/19. Hazy dark red, thin fizzy tan head, fair retention. Aroma of tart cherry, pepper, funk. Taste is cherry pie filling, lemon, spice, pepper, pale malt, Concord grape. Medium bodied, low carb, juicy, mild lingering tartness.

Tap @Brewdog Shepherd's Bush. 5.7%. Cloudy orange, tiny white head. Funky aroma, slightly acetic, some berries. Sour, bitter flavour. Sour, yellow apples, funk. Some light malt in the background. Finishes rather bitter.

Tap @Brewdog Shepherd's Bush. 10%. Cloudy amber, small creamy light beige head. Aroma has malt, caramel, wood, light vanilla. Boozy, malty and caramely flavour, fruity notes. Rough, not very refined but still quite decent.

From a clear gold with an off white head. Grassy aroma. Flavors are bitter pine and citrus.

Aromaz are fresh hops, woodsy is a little bit of pale malt. Flavors are similar to nose, with some citrus but I don't see anything here that says hazy Northeast Style. Very good India Pale Ale.

The Aromas are cocoa, tree bark, leather, with a hint of hazelnuts. Flavors are similar to nose, more sweet than bitter, hazelnut comes on much stronger, some metallic and mineral qualities in there with a little more bitterness coming on in the Finish. Good body decent beer but not exceptional

12 ounce bottle from a Pick N Save. Dark brown, poor retention. Aroma of maple, nuts, tea, caramel. Taste is tart cherry and brown malts. Hints of raisin. Thin. Seems like some infection here that has stripped out all the flavor. Hints of maple emerged after I typed that entire previous sentence. Sad. Coulda been great. Checking the bottle for a best by date, and.... it's completely illegible. Turns out this is bad but I still respect this brewery... for now.
