Odd but very good. Smokey, probably from the whiskey barrel but perhaps also the chili pepper. Bitter orange peel, no citrus. I don't get any chocolate per se, but there's a lot going on.

A Mediterranean lambic. Has that mixed ferm funkiness but it lacks a bit of the depth of the Belgian spontaneous gloriousness.

Very nice single hop IPA using the lovely Slovenian hop Styrian Wolf. This is a nice little taproom on the border of Italy.
