Launched in 2012 by by Thomas Vogel, Dave Mobley, and brewmaster Troy Smith, Belching Beaver Brewery evolved from a desire to make great beer and have a ‘Dam Good Time’ doing it. The award-winning craft beer company is focused on two things: First, have a brand that offers quality craft beer, while also being whimsical and fun to inspire good times. Each Belching Beaver beer release carries its own individual style and personality. Second, make beer for everyone and all palates. Our San Diego Brewery hosts 5 different locations serving craft beer you're going to love, of which the Oceanside Brewhouse is the production brewery.

Bottle via trade, thanks Arturo, shared in Niamey, craft beer tasting club. Brune foncée, col épais café au lait, le tout sur un filament huileux doré au verre. Fine pointe de cannelle en rétro-nasal. Arôme au nez marqué de beurre de cacahuètes/extraits de, malté cacao/chocolat, bouquet de Templeton Rye whisky apportant de fines effluves de vanille. Palais est épais, slow sipper, chocolaté, beurre de cacahuète plaisant, barrique ressort bien, petite touche de cannelle qui apporte une note épicée. Petite amertume en fin de bouche venant du boisé/whiskey avec une petite note de vanille qui arrive en retrait.

16 oz. Aroma is mango, pineapple, citrus peel, overripe passionfruit. Pours hazy golden with a one finger bone-white head with decent retention. Taste is moderately sweet and juicy with no bitterness. Kind of grainy and almost worty. Flawed but drinkable.

Can. Hazy amber beer with a cream head. tropical fruit and light summer fruit aroma. Summer fruit and tropical fruit flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Summer fruit and tropical fruit linger.

On tap. Definitely golden! Moderate nitro head. Does look really nice. Aromas of dry peanut butter on toast. Flavors of dry nutty butter and grainy home brew. Hmmm... ok novelty beer

Purchased well past is fresh days but worth a punt when I saw it. White spotty cover & collar on a hazy dark lemon coloured still body. Tangy hops, citrus & pithy aroma. Medium bodied, light on the palate with a dry clean back. Pithy citrus, tangy, lemon, Citra & some sweet fruits & grapefruit on the back. I'd love to try this fresh.

16oz can pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is sweet tropical fruit hops citrus pineapple and mango. Taste is more of the nice sweet tropical fruit hops very good.

16oz can from Woodmans. $10.49 a sixpack. Rather balanced, classical West Coast IPA, perhaps lead a little bit into the future with the Mosaic. Quite a clean, mellow mouthfeel. No dextrose, no wheat, no oats, no syrup...yum. Almost has some straight up Pale Ale ( Think Daisy Cutter) tendencies, as the crackery malt tone is as present as the steady, balanced hop bill. Really good.

Draught at the Ambulante brewery in Guadalajara. Cloudy, lots of tartness, passionfruit, salty, full body, really nice balance.
