A cloudy yellow gold pour with a large frothy white head. A grainy, musty, sour dough aroma with some biscuit notes. A sweet grain flavour, quite fruity with some spiciness and a musty yeasty taste in the finish.

Trist. Drickbar iaf.

Bottle from Aimee’s Wine House, Bristol. Hazy gold in colour, with a slight and short-lived, off-white, head. Tart aroma, with a trace of egginess and lemon fruit. Spritzy in the mouth with some sweet fruitiness upfront and some barnyard funk following up behind. The finish was sweet upfront before some dryness. Unusual and decent.
