33cl bottle from Winerack, Henley. A murky straw coloured pour with a billowing white head; aroma of Belgian yeast and apples; fresh and lively in the mouth with a smooth body and a taste of sweet apples and pears with a splash of lemon; then a drier finish with some yeasty spice and warmth.

Bottle, 6.5%. Citric and spicy yeast aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is nicely yeasty, has some fresh baking yeast or fresh-baked bread, with a hint of coriander and a mild citric note. Not the most flavourful beer I have had, but it is certainly well-balanced.

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of fruit, with floral and hoppy notes and touches of malt. Sweetish taste of malt and fruit, with notes of hops, citrus and Belgian yeast. High carbonation. Estery and mildly acidic aftertaste with some dusty notes. Okay but I find it hard to believe it is a Traditional Ale.
