Bottle @ FoneFan. Slightly hazy dark yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, little dusty and a little citrus. Flavour is malt, yeast, fruit, hop, little sweet, spices, wheat and a little coriander.

33cl bottle in Antwerp. This white head. Slightly hazy blond pour. Nice enough beer.

Bottle at Paters Vaetje, Antwerp. Pours clear yellow, effervescent with a fine, white foam head. Aroma holds a bit of tangy lemon and straw. Nice flavor, some good funk tones, sweaty socks, light sweetness, light dry dough, fine hay. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with more tangy, light lemon citrus, subtle dough and sweaty funk. A good and interesting beer. Quite drinkable.

33cl bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Hazy yellow / golden color, small white head. Smell wheat, a bit sweetish, cardboard, sugar. Taste malts, grains, sweetish, slight sourish hint. Low to medium body and carbo.

Bottle thx to benzai. Pale yellow colour, nice white head. Smells grassy, malty, old/cheap hops. Tastes malty, sharp, grassy and a bit sweet. Tickling, fizzyish carbo, medium body.

Slightly sour and tart aroma with citron and earthy notes. Flavour has earthy notes, some citron and hints of apples. Foamy and slightly sticky palate. Tart and dry and finish. Like a witbier with bretta.

Blond golden colour, white nice foam. Notes of citrus. A lot of carbonation. And the typical metallic taste of brewery Roman. Not bad, but not outstanding.

33cl. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme fruité, houblonné, levure, pointe ester de banane, léger orange, une sorte de Heffe? En bouche, houblonnée, profile très belge, légère amertume houblonnée et citronnée, aspect sucre candi, malté, herbacé, qcq ester et ce profile girofle.

(21/04/2012) 33 cl. bottle @ Hove station café: very hazy yellow with a firm white head, decent thick wheat, plenty of yeast, touch sweet up front & hints of floral, very lightly sour wheat in the finish, mixed with fresh, touch artificial citrus & slightly bitter hops, clean, wheat-based body, better than plenty of wit’s, quite modern actually, as some people have pointed out, feels a bit too modern but that doesn’t mean that it cannot be historical as far as I am concerned, modern leanings do give this an opportunity to survive, good for the brewery I suppose ///// tried this one again. Mmm, not like I remember, very heavy on sweet banana, like lots of banana grenadine. Like some weird hefe, not bad but not really great either. Keeping score for now, has this really changed in flavour since release or is my memory playing tricks on me?
