12 ounce bottle. 6.5% ABV. Barely translucent dark brown color topped by a large rocky beige head. Rich chocolate malt nose. Like a chocolate cake glazed donut. Flavor follows nose. Sweet roasted malt and milk chocolate flavor. Medium bodied but on the thin side. Notes of mocha and cocoa powder.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark orange with large foamy beige head, vanilla like Belgian yeast aroma, high carbonation, slightly salty caramel taste, medium caramel finish. Nice winter warmer.

A hazed murky yellow Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet lemony malt with light grassy notes, light acidity, boring. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with faint cherry notes, light acidity, light mineral notes, boring. On tap at Beer Authority NYC.

12 ounce bottle. Hazy orange color topped by a large rocky beige head. Fragrant citrus hop nose. Bittersweet malt flavor has notes of tropical fruit hops. Earthy malt flavor in midtaste has leafy undertones. A touch of mustard seed and citrus hops in finish. Slight alcohol warmth in aftertaste.
