A clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of wheat malt, spices, some brett. Taste of herbal wheat malt, grains, yeast, mild metallic bitter hops.

Bottle @ Cabardouche. Dark brown body under a tan head. Slightly alcoholic with dark malt for a quad, balanced oak and dry fruit. Warming finish. Nice.

Bottle @ Cabardouche. Hazy golden body under a white head. Refreshing fruity in aroma and taste. Prety average NEIPA style beer with a thin body and strong fruity aroma.

Tap @ Cabardouche. Unclear orange golden body under a big, white head. Quite mild in aroma, but rather strong in taste. Not as sweet as expected from a triple, some zesty frutiness and bitterness. Balanced body with long lasting aftertaste. Unusually as a triple, and a bit messy in general term.

Tap @ Cabardouche. Unclear golden body under a white head. Nice and refreshing blond’ish beer with balancing hop and a hint of orange peel. Nice thirst quencher and goes really well down at the terrasse in the sun outside the brewpub a nice autumn day.

Bottle @ Bier Central, Antwerpen. Black body under a moderate sized beige head. Kinda complex in aroma, dark malt, dry fruit, cocoa powder and quite camouflaged alcohol. Taste is medium sweet, dark mat, mild chocolate flavour, a bit more alcohol than expected from aroma and some kind of undefined ‘medical’ something. Not bad, not fantastic but easy drinkable and a bit odd.

Bottle, at Cabardouche. Fruity, juicy, citrusy. Hints of herbs and orange zest. Refreshing, but nothing special going on. 747414 251108

On tap at Cabardouche. Lightly herbal, with citrus zest, generic fruityness and some yeast impact. A bit strange Tripel, not bad, but not a favorite. 646412 251108

On tap at Cabardouche. Delicious Saison aroma, dry and refreshing. A bit gentle on the flavor perhaps, but nice anyway. 746414 251108
