Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Pours a black color. The nose is malty rich licorice and caramel, aroma is fruity but ... very, very sour.

Best before 31.08.2016. Dark and sourish beginning. Probably too sour for an Imperial Stout? The beer is roasted dry, smooth, but the sourish aroma doesn’t fit into the picture (and the shelf-life of the beer still has 6 month to go...). Dry and sourish aftertaste, strange and sad. Infected or somehow strange - I don’t know.
