Bügelverschlußflasche: Hazy, amber coloured, stable and lacy off-white foamy layer, slightly skunky toasty/fruity nose with a shy bitterness in the second row; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, almost medium bodied; toasty, nearly roasty, malt in the drier sweet-bitter finish. Bottle 330ml. @ home.[ Trade by fiulijn ]. Light unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sweet malt, alcohol, sugar, light to moderate hoppy, herbs, vegetable notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110927]

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild estery, slight fruity and light malty. Sweet malty, toasted and light bitter. Ends malty and light herbal bitter.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a cloudy golden with floating impurities and a small white head. Malty nose, a little sulphurous and rough. Solid malt base, rather unclean maltiness, cardboard, sulphur and a rough bitterness. 250711

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread, and a bit of hay. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, metal, alcohol, bread, and a bit of lemon, leading to a dry bready finish. Thanks fiulijn for supplying this.

Röstmalziger Antrunk mit deutlicher Herbe, auch eine Wässrigkeit ist unverkennbar. Etwas aromatischer werdend, leicht grasig. Die Wässrigkeit nimmt zu. Angenehm röstiger Abgang, weich, auch hier ist die Wässrigkeit leider erkennbar, hat aber immerhin etwas abgenommen. Zum Ende Kaffeeartig werdend. Süßlich hopfiger Antrunk mit muffigem, merklich nicht passendem Beiton. Dieser verschwindet aber zum Glück mit der Zeit im Hintergrund und zeigt sich nur noch leicht. Herb-grasig werdend, getreidig-süßlich. Hier zeigt sich der unpassende Beiton erneut und macht das an sich harmonische Aroma zunichte. Angenehmer aber mild malzig-würziger Antrunk mit deutlichter und vollmundiger Herbe. Im Mittelteil etwas milder, die Aromen verschwinden zum Teil.
