Аромат слабоват но все же что то есть, много солода, легкие намеки на сладость. Цвет золотой, пенка не впечатляет. Вкус по началу солодовый, при глотке легкая сладость вроде меда. Послевкусие с хмелевой горчинкой, хотя странные нотки водицы из под крана тоже есть. Но в целом все равно не самый плохой лагер.

330ml bottle from Shoprite in Livingstone, Zambia. Pours clear golden with a tiny white head. Aromas & tastes of grass, apple & malt. Moderate body. Light bitter finish. Below average standard lager

330ml green bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear gold, moderate sized white head, nice retention. Sweet malt aroma, some corm, grassy, maybe a hint of lemon. Taste is very thin, some corn, malt and grass notes but its over before you know it. No real bitterness to speak of. Light body but fine for 4%. Carbonation too subdued for a lager, needs more to get limited flavours around the palate. Otherwise you may as well have water. Pleasant enough, no big off notes, refreshing, but very dull and almost tasteless.

Green bottle when opening there is an skunks grassy smell. Golden coloured beer with an mediocre slightly sweet bitter taste with some limy hints. Old paper ratings before Ratebeer, so why not rate them in hindsight.

Bottle from local Home Bargains store (as Windhoek Premium Lager) – drank at home. Pours golden yellow with a fair sized but transient frothy white head, and high carbonation. Not much of an aroma – just some malts and faint hoppiness. In the mouth there is an initial aggressive metallic hop sensation (which gradually decreases) and an underlying sugary sweetness. Some hints of biscuits come through later but the metallic effect lasts into the finish. Pretty dismal really.

0,44l bottle @ Hotel Sky Cape Town. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is clean malts. Flavor is bitter clean malts with some hops. A bit on the sharp side, but not bad.

0,66l bottle from Pick & Pay Waterfront Cape Town, enjoyed @ Hotel Sky Cape Town. Pours pale yellow with a medium head. Aroma is slightly sweet grainy malts. Flavor is slightly sweet grainy malts with some hops. Light, dull, but drinkable.
