33cl fles, dank Arnoud! Heldergouden kleur, witte kraag. Medium zoet, moutig, licht grassig, zacht, iets waterige body met z’n 4%, lichtbittere finish. Lichte body. Niks mis mee, prima heetweerpilsje.

Bottle from Savanna, Liverpool Street Station, London. It's off-gold with a rapidly vanishing white head and an aggressive fizz. It smells like like car park stairs at night. The urine continues into the flavour, although there's a touch of caramel, green leaves and damp cardboard too. A mild but tinny bitterness finishes off this thoroughly unpleasant, watery concoction. The only nice part was the sweet taste of a new country.

Can from the South African shop under Charing Cross Station. Heyyy... a country tick. Aroma is sweet... sugary, light citrus, damp basement. Clear gold. Thin foamy translucent white head. Actually quite sour... citrus. Metallic edge. Peripheral malty sweetness. Light. Thin but slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Not great. Standard industrial lager. But seems better than average.

Bottle from The Down Under in Prague, because why not. Thx Fil for pointing it out on the specials menu! Clear golden body, white head. Dusty, soapy, herbal aroma. Malty touches, corn-like notes. Malty, somewhat minty taste, no bitterness. Okay for what it is.

In einer Lounge im Flughafen in Johannesburg: Klares, helles gelbes Bier mit schwachem Schaum. Aromen von Gemüse, Pappe und Malz. Geschmack leicht süßlich, malzig mit einem Hauch von Pfirsich.
