Keg at Beerhouse on Long. It pours clear amber with a foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, bready, sponge cake, caramel and toasted grain. The taste is bitter - sweet, caramel, toasted grain, orange sponge cake, orange peel, cereal, booze, spice with a dry, spiced finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. A bit boosty. Not bad for the style.

12oz bottle pours a dark gold with some creamy, white head. Nose is vinous, flower pollen, dandelion, lightly dank. Flavor is heavy with honey and flower pollen, mild lemon. Sweet and sticky finish.

a very light yellow straw color. well, it smells nice. clean lots of wheat aroma and a yeasty undertone. creamy mouthfeel. sweet wheat, esters, very faint banana, graham cracker, finish is bitter.
