Bottle 440ml. @ [ The pre Fastelavn Smagning - Carnival Tasting, Ulfborg ]. [ As CBC Lager ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, pale malt, light hoppy, old hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, light sour malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140228]

Sample from 44 cl. bottle. As CBC Classic Lager. Clear, golden colour with a dense, white head. Sweet aroma with bread, fruits, pale malts, grasses. Taste is light sweet. Medium body, average carbonation. Finishes bitter with fruits. Decent Pils.

440ml bottle as CBC Classic Lager, 5.1%, trade with djoeye. Pours a noisy, creamy white head remaining on top of a clear, pale golden body. Smell of bready malts, hints of fruits. Flavours of lemony hops and grainy malts. Fresh bitter endnotes. Lively carbonated. Crispy in the mouth. Not bad at all. Fine partner with the chicken food (Tromsø, 09.03.2014).

Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland 28/02/14. Pale golden with a moderate off white head that retains. Nose is pale malts, grass, light citrics, spice. Taste comprises cereals, pale malts, toasty pangs, bread dough, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so pils.
