Bottle, 1pt, plastic milk-bottle style, courtesy of Brugmansia. A clear, flat, golden cider. The aroma is sweetish, with a pleasant apple scent and some apple cores. Medium body, dry, some puckering qualities. Sweet, yet sour flavor with apples and apple cores. Quite nice, but a bit sweet for my likings, even though it’s a sweet cider. 100814

Handbottled 568ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TTODRBSG10 - Ulfborg.Clear with tiny tiny sized body particles, light yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, red apple. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, red tart apples and sweet apples, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20100814]

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2010. Pours clear yellow with a small off white bubbly head. Tart apples and some dry oakyness. Quite rough and ends very dry and sour.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2010. Pours muddy orange with a small bubbly head. Sweat, acetone and dry apples. Dry and puckering tart. Quite heavy!
