Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2010. Pours yellow with a off white head. Sweet and sour apples. Very dry. Notes of sulphur . . Dry end.

cloudy yellow, small bubbly head mild aroma of apples.. flavor is slightly acidic. makes my teeth rough, but not much flavor to show up for it, pretty strange.

clear yellow, almost no head. clean apple aroma, nice but simple flavor is apple, hoppy bitterness, apple peel bitterness. sort of gone bad

clear yellow, no head. apple aroma, mild. flavor is apple, sort of spicy bitterness. appears a bit watery, instead of a citrussy or sour balance, i find a spicy one. not that good.

Plastic bottle, 8.4%. Citric aroma. Hint of acetone. Cloudy yellow colour. The flavour is dry and watery. A little citric. Not so interesting. Quite tannic aftertaste.

Plastic bottle, 8.4%. Mild apple aroma. Clear pale yellow colour. The flavour starts off with a little chemical touch. Turns tannic and slightly sweet.

Hazy orange with no head.aroma was dry with apples. Dry flavor with apples and mouthdrying vinegar. Finished dry and tart.

Plastic bottle 1136 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy and opaque golden with a tiny bubbly head. Strangely dry chili aroma. Medium body, flat, very dry apple accents with some astringency. 120810
