Draft pour pint enjoyed at Elliott Bay Pizza. Mostly clean and shiny golden pour. Lots of citrus notes on an IPA that doesn't come off as fruity as a result. Has a resinous piney bite to compliment, and works nicely. Cool, citrus and bitter biting finish. Very enjoyable brew all around.

On tap at The Tap (Yakima), pours a deep dark amber brown with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out soft cocoa, toasted malt and some earthy fruitiness. Flavour is fairly dry and earthy, with dusty cocoa and dry earthiness. A bit astringent on the finish. Doesn't seem like it's in the best of shape.

Had with lunch (which was delicious) at brewpub. Clear gold pour and small white head. I was quite hungover so nice easy drinking brew was in order. Light citrus and peppery ipa. Low bodied.

Excellent pilsner here. Gotta get straight to the point on this one. Beautiful can, intriguing hop bill. Clean pale golden appearance with a good amount of loose foam head. Crisp and dry up front, but a nice and refreshing splash of grassy and gentle melon hops. Consistent and crisp puls grain background. Probably my first try on one of these southern hemisphere hops. Well put together brew here, and absolutely ideal for this summer like weather.

16oz can from Bert's. Near black pour, thick beige, creamy head. Aroma is roasty and sweet, chocolate. Taste continues, sweet chocolatey notes, light roast. Not much sign of the bourbon, but really enjoying the flavors. Very approachable RIS.
