Description
The brewery was established in 2003 by dynamic husband and wife team, Jack and Pippa Lightbown. Using the knowledge gained from their contact with other independent brewers and enlisting the services of master brewer Dan Thomasson, Jack and Pippa began brewing their first beer, Fossil Fuel, on land adjacent to the pub. The brewery now produces five core beers which encompass a wide range of delicious styles and tastes as well as several seasonal ales, a cider and a wide range of real ale produce.
The brewery shares its plot with the Bankes Arms where you can sample the full range of our ales.

Cask @ Salhojankadun Pub
Aroma is nice with peaches, some hops and hints of hay. Flavour has peaches, apricot, some hops hay and orange. Finishes a bit harsh with gooseberry bush and some nettles. Good, but Iโm left with a feeling that this could have been better fresh.

Euston Tap. Light haze on this gold beer, little white head. Palate is fresh and crispy, a little dry. Starts a little weird with a whisper of sulphur (no big deal here) and a little smoke. Then minerally citrus - lemon dominated. Finishes crisp and dry. Initially a bit odd - but itโs a grower and I ended up enjoying it.

Cask @ OโConnellโs
A real ale with a proper head - what is this? Aroma is somewhat fruity with peach candy, some biscuits, hints of orange and hay. Flavour is quite nothing with hints of peach and somewhat strong grain and hay at the finish. Thin body. Nice aroma but flavour brokes the promise.
