Borefts VII. Day 2. Bottleshare thanks to Brother Bois. Lightly hazy paleish gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has modest fine carbonation. Light floralness turning mildly bitter. Traces of pine and citrus. Airy finish. A touch wishy washy but okay.

Draft. Clear yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of pine and raw bread. Taste is herbal citrus. Far more hoppy than most cream ales.

Draft. Hazy golden color, spider web lacing. Aroma of lightly spiced grapefruit. Taste has light barnyard funk, citrus. Very easy drinking. --- Beer merged from original tick of Grisette [Summer Range] on 13 Oct 2015 at 12:54 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 9 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. Original review text: Draft. Probably the same as the normal Grisette siason. Had this one twice, at Brewdog Nottingham and at the Nottingham beer festival. Hazy to cloudy golden color, white head. Aroma of peppery citrus. Taste has overripe fruit, light funk. Tasty and easy to drink.

Cask @ Victorian Craft Beer Cafe, Halifax. Not quite black with a small creamy off-white head. Has a light roasted malt character with some smoked notes in its aroma.

Cask at IMBC 2015. Drank this with Tom, one of the guys who bretted it. Nearly opaque brown color, massive beige head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of dusty cocoa powder. Taste is peppery cocoa with light coffee and light licorice. Nice smooth, full mouthfeel. It works!
