Bottle. Robustly malty with caramel, nice barrel notes. Soft whiskey, red wine, molasses, red/dark fruits. Medium sweet, alcoholic finish. Medium plus body. Not a lot of traditional Quadrupel left, but very nice.

Can from a local bottle shop. Soft and smooth with an aroma of tropical fruit, wheaty malt, oats, mango, orange. Gentle light bittersweetish flavour, medium body. Lacks a little punch but very smooth and easy to drink.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is marzipan, oak, caramel, malt, touch of whiskey, dried fruits, touch of salty liquorice. Flavour is sweet with a mild bittermess and some alcohol in the finish. Medium body. Nice.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is whiskey and brown malts with raisins, alcohol, wood, some more dried fruit. Flavour is mild to medium sweet with a somewhat boozy finish. Medium body. Lots of raisins with whiskey, decent but lacks some depth.

Can, one of the 1st batches. Pours black, a brown head little retention. Aroma's: roasty, umami,, drop. Retronasal: lots of drop, umami, roasty, red fruit. Flavour: light moderate sweet, moderate roasty bitter. Medium bodied. Moderate bitter finish.

Vintage February 2022. Bottle no: 2664, Batch No: BA22-Q1-ARD. Odjechane wedzone piwo ze hej, sam nie wiem czy dobrze zrobilem otwierajac wedzonego sera z Sierpca, bo wedzenie mi juz uszami wychodzi. No duet Schlenkerli z Brokreacja moze poczuc sie zazdrosny i nieco skrepowany. Pachnie dymnym bieszczadzkim ogniskiem w Solinie, serami tego typu, niektore swojskie kielbasy z podlasia. Smak rowniez wedzony, dochodzi fajna palona slodycz, ktora dym zadymia ze az oczy szczypia, na szczescie, bo cukier znika niczym drewno na ognisku. Barwa herbaciano- brazowa, nie jest geste, nie ma osadu, klarowne, liczne refleksy, no ale skad tyle ciala, nie moge sie nadziwic, tak samo laku zielonego na kapslu tyle ze wszyscy naiwni wierzacy w zielony lad dostali by z miejsca orgazmu na ten kolor. Ladna etykieta, blyszczaca i stylowa. Jedyne co mozna sie przxyczepic to slaba, naprawde, by nie powiedziec mizerna piana.

Aus der Flasche (Vintage 2018) im 2024-12 getrunken. Recht guter dunkler, schwerer Belgier mit schönen Malzaroma. Allerdings wirkt der Körper nicht vollmundig und nicht perfekt ausbalanciert. Ein gutes Quadrupel aber nicht mehr.
