A bit dark for a pilsner. Aromas are floral, malt and wet grain. Flavors are similar to nose with floral toned down and bittersweet. Okay body and carbonation. A touch metallic in the finish.

355ml can. Clear, dark amber colour with small, frothy, moderately lasting, barely lacing, off-white head. Rather expressionless, slightly toasty, minimally grainy, malty aroma, a touch of corn, whiffs of treacle and dark honey sweetness. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally toasty, minimally grainy and sugary, caramel malty, mildly bitter, minimally soapy hoppy, minimally diluted hints of honey covered cereals, treacle.
Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, scattered, prickly carbonation.
Simple and monotonous, expressionless - meh!

12 oz can at Van Beers. Pours a crystal clear gold color with a white head and very good retention. Basic corn lager aroma. Basic lager flavor too. Maybe a touch soapy? Mostly smooth and clean, and lightly sweet. Medium-light body. Medium carbonation. Low bitterness. A serviceable beer. Not much of a pilsner.

Can from Busch's. Pours a clear honey gold with a small white head that dissipates. Light corn sweetness on the nose that pivots into almost bubblegum like Belgian blonde notes as it warms. Light on the palate but somehow a well-rounded mouthfeel. Finishes with a light sweetness. Enjoyable.

Loaded with coffee, some nice roasty bitter notes that set it apart from the standard porter. Really great to see Yuengling branching out into some more limited, experimental brews.
